A long-term flip project which undertook an extensive refurbishment.
Bought in a prime residential area, this 2-bedroom flat was an unloved student rental. A £29,000 refurbishment gave a new layout, new kitchen, new bathroom and w.c., reinforcements to walls and ceilings, restoration of original features such as wooden floor and sash windows, full cosmetic overhaul and feature upgrades.

This property was purchased for capital growth in a protected area desired for its Regency architecture and central location.
out with the old
Old properties have unforeseen challenges. This was no different; we discovered unsupported walls and ceilings and non-compliant electrics. All fixed with a little extra time and a chunk of the contingency budget.
interior design
This project was meticulously planned. We created calm, contemporary spaces defined by clean lines, light and cool colours but warmed with natural textures and living plants.
