Next Level Living is led by Jessica Leader, a project manager, marketeer, Board Director, Trustee and accredited Landlord.

Specialising in renovations and HMOs, Jessica’s property career is backed by 16 years’ strategic, commercial, financial and project management in the corporate marketing world.

Analytical, risk averse and fact-based, Jessica invests heavily in both property and education, using training, mentors and a specialist networks to ensure she is always up to date with industry practice.
