The London flat

Gleneagle Road was a capital growth investment with a simple refurb.

A one-bedroom garden flat bought in the up-and-coming area of Streatham. We spent approximately £15,000 on this flat on works including boiler upgrade, damp proof course, cosmetic updates and leasehold extension. The property achieved 175% capital growth. We also ran the flat as a BTL, achieving an 8% yield.
