The concept house
This project had two clear goals:
To buy and develop a house share in Birmingham before development restrictions came in June 2020 (Article 4)
To generate £1,000 net cashflow from a single property in a month
Both were achieved following an extensive re-model and update.
The property doubled in value and achieves a gross yield of 20%.
This is also the first roll-out of the Natural Calm design concept, designed to provide the best living environment and attract our ideal tenant type.
This was a vacant house which we brought back into circulation. The 60’s layout and décor were completely overhauled, with a full structural reconfiguration, extension and upgrade to all services and utilities.
